Terms and Conditions -
- 1. 50% of the booking amount along with the security deposit (if any) will be taken at the time of booking.
- 2. The advance amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation within 48 hours of the booking start time. 50% of the advance amount will be refunded (if 50% advance was made), or 25% of the booking amount will be charged if cancelled before 48 hours of the booking start time.
- 3. Any unintentional or accidental damage will incur a claim launching charge of ₹2800, along with any extra amount required (a bill will be provided).
- 4. Any damage, scratches, or dents to the vehicle will incur a charge of up to ₹10,000.
- 5. Returning the car with an awful or dirty interior will lead to a fine of ₹1000.
- 6. For self-drive bookings, the customer's driver's license will be used for the claim process.
- 7. Late return charges will apply if the car is not returned within the booking period.
- 8. Driving under the influence of alcohol or any kind of intoxication, or engaging in any disruptive behavior, will not be tolerated. If such an incident occurs, it will be dealt with according to the law.
- 9. Any violation of traffic rules that results in a fine will be paid by the lessee before the end of the booking period.
- 10. Under any unavoidable circumstances, if Ride2Go has to cancel the booking or cannot arrange a different car, a full refund along with the security deposit (if any) will be processed within 72 hours of cancellation.
- 11. Ride2Go reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- 13. Toll charges will be paid in advance by the lessee. Any discrepancies occurring after the booking ends will be settled immediately.
- 14. The lessee is strictly prohibited from selling or mortgaging the vehicle under any circumstances. If such an incident occurs, Ride2Go will take strict legal action against the lessee.
- 15. The lessee is responsible for returning the car to Ride2Go at the end of the booking period. If the car is not returned, it will be treated as theft.
- 16. Third-party vending of the car is not permitted under any circumstances. If such an incident occurs, legal action will be taken.
- 17. Ride2Go Car Rental Services has the authority to immobilize or repossess the vehicle if any suspicious activity is detected.
- 18. Taking the vehicle outside the West Bengal territory must be informed at the time of booking. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of the booking, and the lessee must return the car immediately. Legal consequences will follow.
